The room was good and clean and most of the staff was very kind and helpful.

The lift was out of order and the Queens Hotel didn't have a bellboy. The Hotel has no swimming pool and hot tub and on the site Booked.net

Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was TASTY. There are some restaurants in this area like De Smaak within 5 minutes' walk. We recommend the hotel.

Very good value. Excellent staff. Great service. Free airport transfers were very valuable. Because I arrived late the first day because of the flight being delayed and left early on the last day they knocked a whole day's payment off of my bill. You get a lot for the room rate including free breakfast, welcome drink and 10% off one meal. The rate is already low for the quality of the hotel.

Renovations were going on, so a lot of noise during the day. But they gave me a 5% discount for that, and the new areas looked great so the renovations are needed.

Staff members were very polite and friendly in providing bottled water and cleaning services regularly to ensure a comfortable stay. the hotel is situated in a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants that suited our city break perfectly.

Our room had some maintenance issues with the bathroom leaking water after use and the refrigerator failing to keep items cold, which was disappointing. the view from the room was also obstructed by a concrete wall.
